Real estate is highly local — demand drivers vary by city, country, and property type.

Why it matters for investors

Real estate is interest-rate sensitive (mortgages drive housing demand; cap rates determine commercial valuations), economically cyclical, and a major component of household wealth. Commercial real estate post-COVID has bifurcated — office struggling, industrial/data centers booming.
